Theme not persisted on restart

After fully closing and reopening the app, it launched in light mode despite Windows remaining in dark mode. System theme appears to be read only on first install, not on every launch.

    Theme selector now has Light, Dark and System mode to follow Windows theme settings or user can set manually.
